I realized this video as a digital presentation for a book of photos, Falesie, published by Bruno Manunza. The book shows views of Sadinia’s costline, capturing very fascinating landscapes, but I was asked to create a video that went in the opposite direction: so all about the distruction of the seaside operated by the men, showing just from time to time the autors photos as a reminder of “what we have”.
The idea I had about how to connect so many picture about such a subject ( which is also deeply rooted in Sardinians thinking) was to “observe” them as if we were a kind of alien/digital “thing” that explores our world through the picture he collected.
